Meridian Music houses the second largest music school in the state of Indiana. We have our own private performance hall: Munger Hall - that seats up to 120 people - in addition to 15 private studios and two large group classrooms. Meridian Music’s full time Director of Education oversees the entire process.
Meridian Music teaches music lessons to over 1300 students - from 18 months old to adult - for the Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana area.
Meridian Music helps people of all ages realize their dream of playing a musical instrument. Parents have the option of observing their children’s lessons or taking advantage of our wireless "hot spot" in the lobby.
Our private instructors are degreed music educators and/or have extensive teaching experience, and are eager to teach any style of music at any level. Flexible scheduling allows students to start a lesson as early as 7:00am, or as late as 8:30pm during the week. We offer Saturday lessons, too!
Meridian Music offers more than just private piano lessons, we offer music lessons for most musical instruments including:
Meridian Music gives all students regardless of age or skill level the opportunity to regularly perform in recitals. Cooperative recitals are a mix of students, studying with different teachers, who come together for a single performance. These optional recitals are held once each month and alternate between Friday and Saturday. All recitals begin at 6:30pm.
Faculty Concerts are also held throughout the year. These performances give our students the opportunity to see their teachers perform and be inspired.
