Meridian Music is the only Indianapolis, Indiana area authorized repair center for Yamaha Clavinovas and many other Yamaha digital instruments. Although Clavinovas rarely need repair, we have a full time employee in the store able to discuss and handle all your repair needs.
Our repair technician, Matthew Doudt, is part of our piano sales team and in addition to being a top notch repair tech, he's also a Music Technology guru and can offer help and advice in the complex areas of sound systems, recording and computer music technology.
Meridian Music still makes house calls for all our digital piano repairs. We carry many parts in stock and can even sometimes solve your repair issue over the phone. A quick phone conversation with Matt will usually give you a good idea of the problem and the necessary plan for repair, including projected cost.
**Important Note about Warranty Repairs** There are a few warranty issues with Yamaha Clavinovas that Meridian Muisc is repairing even long after the customer's warranty has expired. If you're having any problems with your Clavinova, the only way to find out if they're still covered under warranty is to contact us. Independent technicians have no way of telling if its covered under warranty and cannot order the parts necessary to repair your instrument.
Yamaha Clavinovas have the industry's best warranty and are covered under a 5 year parts and labor warranty that always includes in-home service. Portable Yamaha Keyboards can be dropped off for repair, but a phone conversation to set up the repair is required before the instrument is dropped off.
